The current middle school classroom teaching reform is from "to teaching as the center" to "to learn as the center",from the teachers as the main body to teachers as the leading students as the main body of the "double main" learning mode,fully embody the take the student as the main body in teaching,let the student as the main body involved in the teaching process,to make the students form good learning habits and strengthen the comprehensive training of students abilities.Around this kind of transformation,teachers' teaching will also present the teaching form of "flipped classroom"."Flip" class is a means of teachers' use of technology resources will need to be taught in the class teaching content into the teaching video and decorate in the class to the students' learning,the students according to their degree of pacing learning,class teachers and students discuss each other to solve the problem,teachers are no longer the lecturers and the platform of knowledge on the "saint",students are no longer passive knowledge receivers.In this learning environment,the interaction between students and teachers can be increased and the contact time of individuation can be increased,so that more students can realize individualized learning and get personalized education.Aerobics into China since the 1980 s and into the middle school later,as one of middle school physical education curriculum,with its fashion,keeping fit and have fun,popular with middle school students,cultivate the students' body posture beauty,strength,beauty,health beauty.In order to strengthen students' physical quality,enhance comprehensive ability,experts and scholars of aerobics teaching mode in our country carries on the practice exploration,such as small groups found type sports teaching mode,teaching mode,etc.But the different geographical environment,the school facilities condition,teacher level,unresolved problems in aerobics teaching,according to the requirements of the new guidelines,the middle school sports teaching should pay attention to cultivate students' comprehensive ability,and give full play to the advantages of information technology,the cultivation of physical and mental health,strong ability to adapt the high quality talents,explore the teaching of aerobics course,this is not only the middle school sports teaching reform is imminent task,also is theinevitable developing trend of aerobics exercise in middle school for a long time.Through the experimental study in this paper,four conclusions are found:(1)Fhe effect of flipped classroom teaching is better than that of traditional teaching.After three stages of teaching,the experimental group has a better effect than the control group,and the effect is very significant.Combined with these results,it can be seen that the flipped classroom is used in aerobics class teaching to make students master the skills better.(2)Flipped classroom can better train students' comprehensive ability than traditional classroom.This pattern can let students practice under the lesson time has obviously increased,this not only makes the classroom atmosphere is more active,will also promote the students to discuss the exchange,makes their relationship more harmonious,this kind of teaching method is of great help to all-round development of students' ability,compared with the traditional way,more can lead students to learn actively and initiative.(3)Flipped classroom can stimulate students' learning interest better than traditional classroom.According to the students to reflect and talk about the content found that students in experimental class is more than just learning in the classroom,many of them will be extended to class,the students take the initiative to check data and video,to study the content and technique,and content will be added to the team inside to discuss,to study in detail,the transformation in the group action and formation of the individual,some students even innovation action out of their own characteristics,we can know from these aspects,the new class to a great extent improve the ability of the students themselves and the team cooperation ability,At the same time,I stimulated my creative passion.(4)Flipped classroom can improve the teaching efficiency of teachers better than traditional classroom.Part in the self-study link before the class to make the students find confidence in class,the class of targeted tutoring,and timely communication with your classmates,developing relationships,make they witnessed the process of their growth in the osmosis,students learning interest,despite of the students said they don't adapt to this new way,but on the whole promoted students' learning interest,to achievethe ideal effect.At the same time,the students practice in a certain degree,which not only lengthens the practice time,but also makes the problems in the class more targeted.
