Research On The Training System Of Skiing Social Instructors In Heilongjiang Province

With the successful bid for the 2022 Beijing winter Olympic Games,China vigorously promotes ice and snow sports,singing the slogan “three hundred million people participate in ice and snow”.As an important hinge connecting the public and skiing sports,ski instructors must play an important role in the promotion and development of skiing sports.This paper takes the training system of skiing instructors in Heilongjiang province.This research uses the literature material method,interview method,questionnaire survey,on-the-spot investing method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis of Heilongjiang province ski instructor basic situation,the management way,training methods,examining ways,sources of funds,institution setup and so on has carried on the detailed research,and draw the following conclusions:(1)The Heilongjiang ski instructor personnel structure unreasonable proportion.According to the survey results,26.1% of the current ski instructors have a bachelor's degree,42.8% have a college degree,14.4% have a high school degree,a master's degree or above accounts for 4.4%,and 8.8% have other degrees.In terms of professional degree,42 students graduated from sports colleges and departments,accounting for 24.1%,6 from amateur sports schools accounted for 3.4%,and52 athletes accounted for 29.9%.Other professional 74 people accounted for 42.5%,from the point of view of the hierarchy of ski instructor,to intermediate personnel.Is the limit,the number of junior staff accounts for 43.1%,the number of unlicensed staff accounts for 17.8%,and the number of senior staff accounts for very little.The proportion is 8.6%,and the number of intermediate staff accounts for 30.4%.Professional theoretical knowledge has 18 students took short training courses,accounting for 10.3%,while 84 received professional certification compared with48.2%,48 people acquired professional knowledge by other means,accounting for27.5%.This reflects the personnel structure is slightly low,which leads to the overall quality of the whole team of ski instructors is not good,the team is unstable and theIVstructure proportion is out of balance.For the rapid development of ski sports in China today,not only requires ski instructors with high education and high quality,but also need to have a strong professional.(2)Heilongjiang province attaches general importance to the training cycle and content of ski instructors.As a result,insufficient attention was paid to the training of ski instructors,insufficient funds and energy input,and insufficient publicity,which led to the slow development of ski instructor team.(3)The management system of ski instructors in Heilongjiang province is relatively loose.At present,the supervision and supervision of relevant supervision institutions is not strong enough,,which leads to loose management.(4)The instability of skiing instructors in Heilongjiang province leads to brain drain.The most important reason for the instability of the profession of ski instructor is the income standard and security established by various snow places the mechanism gap is large and the logistics support work is not in place,the ski instructor income standard and the logistics support lack of stability and permanence,resulting in the serious loss of ski talents.According to the above research conclusions,Suggestions are as follows:(1)Build a reasonable echelon of ski instructor team.Under the intervention of the government,the cooperation mechanism with sports colleges and ski schools should be strengthen and improved to make the construction of reserve talents more favorable and cultivate high-quality ski professionals in the new era.(2)Learn from the relevant experience of ski instructor training in foreign ski developed countries,and open up a new road for the development of ski instructor training in Heilongjiang province.The government should pay more attention to the training of skiing instructors in Heilongjiang province.Establish a supervision department to supervise the whole training process of ski instructors and ensure that the training process is carried out strictly in accordance with the relevant management measures issued by the Chinese ski association.And encourage in the training process to add new subjects conducive to the training of ski instructors,so that the training of ski instructors not only stay in the training,but let them into the real teaching,sum upexperience,make the training process more three-dimensional.(3)Establish a standardized ski instructor management system.It is suggested that the lifetime system of ski instructor certification should be abolished,and the management of ski instructors themselves should be strengthened by means of annual training registration.At the same time,the new recruits who have just entered the ski instructor team will have a one-year internship as an assistant instructor.After the internship,they will become formal ski instructors.(4)Improve the incentive mechanism for ski instructors.The ski instructor is required to wear the grade mark to mount the post,and the ski instructor's economic income is according to the ski instructor senior,intermediate,primary level of different and clear unified division.This can not only promote the work quality and enthusiasm of ski instructors,but also benefit the virtuous circle of the whole team of ski instructors and promote the improvement of the overall quality.
