Research On The Information Guarantee Mechanism For The High-quality Development Of Competitive Sports In Tianjin

In the In order to better implement the important resolution put forward by the central government to build a strong sports country,in early 2020,under the guidance of the Circular of the General Office of the State Council on issuing and issuing the Outline for the Construction of a Strong Sports Power,and in light of the actual development of sports in Tianjin,Tianjin issued the "Opinions on the Implementation of Promoting the Construction of a Strong Sports City ",which put forward the goal of building a strong sports city in stages.At present,Tianjin competitive sports has not achieved high-quality development,so this study proposed Tianjin competitive sports information guarantee mechanism completed good strategies to drive high quality development.This research uses literature,field research,expert interview and logic analysis,and takes the information guarantee mechanism of high quality development of Tianjin competitive sports as the research object,analyzes the operation mode and existing problems of the information guarantee mechanism of Tianjin competitive sports high quality development,and puts forward the perfect strategy.The findings are as follows:(1)operation mode of information mechanism of Tianjin competitive sports with emphasis on quality development includes six links: information guarantee organization mechanism,information collection guarantee mechanism,information collation processing mechanism,information application guarantee mechanism,information transmission and sharing mechanism and information storage and confidentiality mechanism.(2)present situation of Tianjin competitive sports information guarantee is as follows: there is no clear and stable department or organization to complete the system information guarantee work;the information guarantee work also has no clear policy document;the competitive sports information guarantee service work covers a wide range,but not comprehensive,the information service supply is far less than the demand phenomenon;in the concrete information guarantee mechanism operation process exists the information collection workload is big,the information transformation efficiency is low,the information resources is not fully developed and shared and utilized.(3)Tianjin competitive sports information guarantee operation mode exists: the organization is not perfect,the guarantee work efficiency dies low;the fund allocation is not clear,the team construction is not guaranteed;the incentive mechanism is not perfect,the professional talent introduction is difficult;the infrastructure renewal is slow,the information supply and demand is not balanced;the network transmission time is fast,the information secrecy is difficult and so on.(4)the improvement strategy of information guarantee mechanism for the high quality development of Tianjin competitive sports includes: perfecting information organization and improving the efficiency of guarantee work.Make detailed rules for the use of funds and divide the funds for team building.Increase investment at the award level to attract professional and technical personnel.Update informationinfrastructure to balance information supply and demand.To broaden the channels of information transmission and establish a platform for information sharing.Strengthen the data management norms to ensure the security of information transmission.
