With the 2022 Winter Olympic Games approaching,more attention has been paid to winter sports.Cross-country skiing,as a Winter Olympic game,has 15 medals,which plays an important role in the competition.At present,China has not made a breakthrough in the international competition of cross-country skiing,and a more effective cross-country skiing training method innovation is imminent.Body stability is the key to cross-country skiing.Good balance ability and core stability control ability not only play a stabilizing and supporting role in maintaining basic posture,completing basic movements and special technical movements of athletes in cross-country skiing,but also play a pivotal role in connecting the upper and lower body's collaborative effort,which is an important prerequisite for winning competitive games One.In cross-country skiing,almost all the gliding movements are carried out in the unstable state,so we should try our best to simulate this environment in the daily training,and introduce the body stability training into the daily training of cross-country skiers,which is bound to promote their overall development.In this paper,16 short distance cross-country skiers in Hebei Province are taken as the research object,and the training program is designed for a period of 16 Weeks of body stability training,the first eight weeks of basic training stage,the last eight weeks of special training stage,the design scheme considers the special technical characteristics and special technical action mode of cross-country skiing,from static training in stable state,dynamic training in stable state,static training in unstable state,dynamic training in unstable state,combined with special training stage The six stages of body stability training in unstable state are designed.Before training,after 8 weeks training and after 16 weeks training,the test contents include single foot closed eye test,8-point star offset balance test,which respectively reflect the static and dynamic balance ability of athletes;the stability test of core parts selects 8-level down Bridge and 6-level back bridge,and the core strength test selects static MC Gill test and dynamic supine two head up,supine back up,side up test were used to monitor the design scheme,and the changes of test results before,during and after training were compared:1.The training design of body stability includes two stages: basic training and special training.The training of body stability can improve the balance ability,core stability and core strength of the athletes,which is conducive to improving the competitive performance and performance of cross-country skiers.2.The difference between the two sides of the body of the cross-country skier is gradually reduced in the training,and the body stability training is conducive to the balanced development of the two sides of the body of the cross-country skier.
