Throughout the world,especially the developed countries of the development of basic public services,it can be seen that after the economic and social development to a certain stage,equalization,as an important goal of basic public service development,the status and importance of growing,for education is an important basic public services,too.In recent years,China's reform of collectivization in running schools is an important policy to promote the equalization of education.Collectivize school-running policy in across the years,to ensure equal access to compulsory education,what effect and utility,from the perspective of governance and public policy,the future how to guide and standardize the collectivization schoolrunning,push forward to achieve the goals of equal education,and promote the sustained and healthy development of compulsory education in our country,this article focuses on the key.Through the field research on the present collectivized school running in datong city,the paper analyzes the influence and effectiveness of collectivized school running on the equalization of compulsory education.Increase investment in education to ensure balanced hardware;Innovate the reform of school running mode and promote equal opportunities;Establish the concept of co-governance and ensure unified management.From the perspective of negative impact,it is not efficient to promote the equalization of public services.To some extent,the unfair allocation of educational resources still exists.In the process of the implementation of collectivization,the target of equalization of compulsory education will be deviated to a certain extent due to the influence of internal and external factors.The education group school still has the problem such as the further standard charge;The lack of assessment and evaluation on the achievements of collectivized schools.Therefore,in the future,we should constantly summarize the experience and lessons,make the best of the advantages and avoid the disadvantages,guide and standardize the collectivization of school running,and better promote the equalization of education.Standardize the internal management of education group;To further improve the financial system of education and establish a fair supervision mechanism;We will improve the evaluation system for equal access to education and attach importance to public evaluation.
