Multiple intelligence theory from its founders began from a variety of ways, although China did not reflect the strong, but because it is not the same as the Chinese education reform policy consistency and itself owned by the frontier nature of modern science, in the education system, multiple intelligence theory has been the majority of educators in China. Current research on the theory of multiple intelligences have different disciplines, the various stages of slice, in physical education has no small achievement. I combined with their own special teaching, multiple intelligence theory applied to martial arts teaching, in the main teaching ideas, research under the guidance of the theory of multiple intelligences in the physical education Department martial application integration, to language intelligence, Visual-spatial intelligence, physical movement intelligent, music intelligence, interpersonal intelligence, self understanding smart development as the core, the advantages of using intelligent students and other intelligent purpose of improving the teaching to design teaching plan, an attempt was made to change the traditional single teaching mode.This article documents method, experiments, surveys, logical analysis and statistical methods, etc, on the experimental data and questionnaire processing and analysis, the following conclusions: the theory of multiple intelligences in the physical education Department martial application, to better reflect the students in the teaching process in the principal role. Students in this personalized learning and teaching environment, not only can show its advantages, and more importantly students in learning to explore your own intelligence and its possibilities. In the theory of multiple intelligences teaching environment, conducive to the formation of the student movement skills, improve their ability to explain the actions of, and improve academic achievement, facilitates interpersonal communication, increase students ' musical literacy and rhythm, conducive to enable students to improve self perception, learn self evaluation, found advantages, enhance potential, correct the inadequacy, also has the ability to effectively improve their physical fitness, enabling students to master the martial arts action and application of methods, to raise awareness on the martial arts and cultural understanding.By teaching experimental proof, will multiple intelligence theory applied to martial arts teaching, can change the traditional theory teaching, more in line with the development of intelligent features, embody the subjectivity and human development of education, more conducive to improving students ' basic skills and basic knowledge. Therefore, multiple intelligence theory applies not only to physical faculties and martial arts teaching, as well as other sports and different age of basic education provided valuable reference.
