| The undergraduate track and field course system of physical education majors in sports colleges in China has gone through many rounds of reforms and has gradually matured.However,it still needs to be integrated with the national education and social market needs,the reform of college education continues to deepen,and the track and field course design of sports colleges in the new era is further strengthened,which provides theoretical support for the teaching design of the athletics undergraduate specialty course of sports colleges in the three provinces,Using scientific research methods such as literature,interviews,questionnaires,etc.,taking the design of compulsory track and field courses for sports education undergraduates in three northeastern provinces of sports as an object,and comparing their goal design,content selection,method design and curriculum evaluation,and obtained The following research results:(1)Five aspects should be included in the curriculum design ideas: sports participation goals,sports skills goals,physical health goals,mental health goals,and social adaptation goals,corresponding to the course goals in the syllabus:(1)Teaching enables students to initially grasp the basic knowledge,basic techniques,and teaching methods of track and field sports(sports events that should be studied in this school year),and to be able to speak,do,and teach the learned items.(2)Through track and field teaching and practice,students are initially equipped with the ability to conduct track and field teaching,training,design and planning of track and field venues(non-standard)and compete in track and field refereeing in school sports;Knowledge guides national fitness activities.(3)In the teaching process,arouse students ’enthusiasm for track and field teaching;cultivate students’ awareness of lifelong physical exercise;cultivate students ’correct world outlook,outlook on life and values,establish a collectivist concept,and cultivate students’ courage to overcome difficulties,endure hardships and perseverance The quality of hard work will gradually establish the ideal of loving sports.Based on the research and analysis of the track and field curriculum design for the sports education majors in the three provinces of Northeast China,the following suggestions are made:(1)Increase the content of course objectives and optimize students’ learning objectives.(2)Unitize the curriculum content to improve the learning efficiency of students;(3)Comprehensive use of teaching methods to increase students’ interest in learning;(4)The curriculum evaluation is carried out in multiple dimensions to comprehensively consider the overall professional level of students. |
