Orderly formation is the basic guarantee for kindergarten to organize collective activities.However,according to the observation of the researcher,At present,the formation learning activities of kindergartens are mainly based on the teachers' repeated reminders and mechanized trainings,which not only violates the physical and mental development characteristics of children,but also increases the workload of teachers.For this reason,the researcher formed a research group with Miss G and Miss Q,followed the spiral process of "plan implement reflect adjust" by observation and interview,and carried out an action research on children's formation learning in the top class of s Kindergarten in H City,in order to integrate the spirit of play into formation learning.In the research preparation stage,the researcher first discussed the value of formation learning activities for young children,and believed that formation is the evolutionary result of social animals.It is indispensable in the history of human development,and has important value for children's life and learning.Then,the researcher analyzed the problems in teaching objectives,methods,evaluation,environment and other aspects of cooperative class formation learning activities,and make action plans accordingly.The action is divided into two stages.In the first stage,the researcher took the opportunity of morning exercises to improve the group teaching activities.Referring to the collective teaching mode of sports activities,the researcher designed formation plans for shift relay,exchange position,double circle and holding objects to walk round,and constantly reflected and adjusted the plans in the process of implementation,so as to make children master the formation of morning exercises happily and efficiently.In order to solve the shortcomings of the previous stage,the second stage of action-children's autonomous formation learning regional activities was carried out.This stage of action experienced three sub stages of foreshadowing experience-preliminary attempt-creation and sublimation.Children gave full play to their enthusiasm and initiative by designing their own formation scheme and organizing team rehearsal.In the summary stage,through or by analyzing the data,the researcher thinks that we can draw lessons from the research results of other educational activities and reasonably organize formation learning activities,so that children can develop in the game experience.The researcher suggests that teachers should respect and trust children,make reasonable plans for formation learning activities,adopt flexible strategies,and step back appropriately to give full play to the initiative of children.
