The development of the rule of law in the entire society and raising awareness of the rule of law of the entire nation have always been highly concerned by the party and the country.Since the report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the state has repeatedly stressed the awareness of raising the rule of law of the entire nation with major reports or in the form of documents of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.It has consistently adhered to the rule of law and established a rule of law China.Raising awareness of the rule of law of the entire nation is like a complex and wide-ranging project,including national policy support,a well-established social environment,and the concerted efforts of schools and families.Here,it is incalculable that the school shoulders the responsibility of raising awareness of the rule of law of the entire nation.High school education is an important part of the school education system.High school students are the reserve forces of the motherland.The ideological and political class is an important carrier for the cultivation of students' awareness of the rule of law.Looking back at previous studies,combining the ideological and political studies on the ground to study the literature on the legal consciousness of senior high school students is relatively small,and the research system is relatively one-sided,especially with the "economic life" module to cultivate students' awareness of the rule of law is even more lacking.Therefore,this study chooses to train students in their awareness of the rule of law in "Economic Life" teaching.This study is mainly conducted through literature and questionnaire surveys.On the basis of classroom teaching practice,prepare student and teacher questionnaire surveys to understand the problems in the "Economic Life" textbooks,analyze the soundness of the teaching system,master the specific conditions of the students' legal awareness,and faithfully reflect the teachers' implementation of the students' awareness of the rule of law and so on.In the study,it was found that the economic life textbooks were relatively old and lacked the positioning of the value of the rule of law;the teaching methods of the teaching system were improved,but the persuasive influence was deep-rooted,the rule of law practice was relatively lacking,the teachers' legal literacy was low,and lifelong learning was low.The concept is not strong;students have a higher awareness of the rule of law,but lack the lofty sense of value of the rule of law.In view of the above issues,this study mainly focused on optimizing teaching materials,developing school-based curriculum,constructing a teaching system that matches the awareness of the rule of law,raising the level of teachers' legal literacy,changing students' learning methods,adhering to the belief in the rule of law,and combining teaching design with targeted recommendations.By selecting "economic life" teaching to cultivate students' awareness of the rule of law,on the one hand,it is hoped that this study will be conducive to cultivating students' awareness of the rule of law in ideological and political classes;on the other hand,they are also looking forward to other modules and other disciplines in ideological and political courses.In the cultivation of students' awareness of the rule of law,there are some references and inspirations.
