Peace of the state is related to the survival and development of the nation,affects the well-being and well-being of the people.Only when national security is guaranteed can the country develop and progress and the people be happy.National security education is an effective way to improve citizens' national security awareness.In April 2018,the Ministry of Education issued the "Implementation Opinions on Strengthening National Security Education in Primary,Secondary,and Elementary Schools" to incorporate national security education into the national education system.Junior high school students are the future of the motherland,the hope of the nation,and strengthening national security education for junior high school students has important practical significance.The particularity of the curriculum of morality and the rule of law determines that strengthening national security education in the curriculum of morality and the rule of law has great theoretical and practical significance.Through text analysis,this article defines the concepts related to state safety education,analyzes the domestic and international background and important value of state security education for junior high school students,integrates the substance of state security education in ethics and rule of law.The text analyzes the ethics and rule of law in national security education.Through a questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the achievements and problems of junior high school students' national security education.Based on this,it proposes to consolidate the state safety education synergy,build a state safety education community,focus on the education of national safety hotspots,create national safety education topics,Adhering to all-round education,promoting integration and long-term effect of state safety education,promoting the integration of students' theory,and guiding students to actively implement national behavior,strengthen the construction of teachers,improve their national security education capabilities and skills,and enrich education evaluation methods,Promote junior high school students to improve their national security awareness and other improvements,and combine qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,hoping to provide suggestions for national security education in morality and government by law courses.
