Junior high school students are a special group. At the time of adolescence, selfawareness is high and they want to be independent, but their physical and psychological development is still immature. At this time, peer attachment as an important part of peer relationship development can satisfy the youth's sense of security.demand.Although many researchers at home and abroad have begun to pay attention to the mental health of junior high school students, relevant empirical research on junior high school students has focused more on academic performance and achievement goals. This article is based on the ecosystem theory, and from the perspective of positive psychology, combining attachment theory and basic psychological needs theory. In this study,654 junior high school students from two middle schools in H and L Province were investigated by using the Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment(IPPA),University of California Los Angeles Loneliness Scale(UCLA),Psychological Capital Questionnaire for Adolescent Students(PCQAS)and General Health Questionnaire(GHQ).The study tries to explore internal influence mechanism of loneliness and psychological capital between peer attachment and mental health. The results show that:1.There are some significant differences in demographic variables of peer attachment, loneliness, psychological capital and mental health.2.In correlation analysis, there are significant correlation in pairs between the four variables.3.Regression analysis:(1)peer attachment can significantly predict the mental health level of junior high school students.(2)Loneliness can significantly negatively predict the mental health level of junior high school students.(3)Psychological capital can significantly predict the level of mental health.(4)In multiple regression analysis, peer attachment, loneliness and psychological capital can significantly predict the mental health level of junior high school students.4.The results of mediating effect test show that loneliness can play a part of mediating role between peer attachment and mental health of junior high school students, that is,peer attachment can not only directly predict the mental health of junior high school students, but also influence the mental health through the mediating role of loneliness.5.Psychological capital plays a moderating role in the mediating process from peer attachment to loneliness to mental health of junior high school students.Four variables constitute a moderating mediating model. The score of mental health of junior high school students on the level of high psychological capital is significantly higher than that on the level of low psychological capital. And hope, optimism, selfconfidence and resilience also regulate this intermediary process.Based on the above results,it can be found that peer attachment significantly positively predicted the mental health of junior high school students, loneliness is the intermediary variable of peer attachment and mental health of junior high school students, mental capital is the regulating variable of peer attachment and mental health of junior high school students, and the four dimensions of hope, optimism, confidence and resilience of mental capital are also the regulating variables of peer attachment and mental health of junior high school students Variables.
