Performance appraisal system as an important means of commercial bank management,is to realize the strategic target of the baton,is also the basis of incentive constraint mechanism to run efficiently.In recent years,the commercial Banks to meet the needs of its commercial operation,in terms of performance appraisal system has carried on the positive exploration,gradually formed a performance appraisal system has its own characteristics,vigorously promote the development of the business.Along with the economic and financial reform deepening,dramatic changes have taken place in the commercial bank's internal and external management environment and in the growing business environment complexity and uncertainty,the increasingly fierce competition in the financial trade under the new situation,further optimization of commercial bank performance appraisal system,effective performance appraisal should play the role of incentive constraints,to promote the healthy and stable operation of the commercial bank management,comprehensive,balanced and sustainable development,improve their business performance is not only an important research topic,also has very important practical significance.Based on ZBGS Banks as the research object,this paper revolves around the theme of "optimization" of performance appraisal system in line with "ask questions-analysis problem-problem solving",summarize ZBGS bank problems existing in the current performance evaluation system,using the SWOT analysis method to analyze the internal and external business environment changes on the influence of the performance appraisal system,puts forward the overall thinking of the performance appraisal system optimization,optimization of build up the core of BSC and KPI EVA combining the new performance appraisal system.And carries on the empirical analysis to ZBGS bank data,to examine the effects of the optimized performance appraisal system,to find the weak link of management,performance improvement Suggestions and implement supporting measures,hope for ZBGS bank effectively play a role of performance appraisal guide for reference,and for the same type commercial Banks to establish and optimize the performance appraisal system,establish and improve the internal incentive constraint mechanism to provide new ideas for reference.This paper is divided into six chapters,the first chapter introduction,the second chapter introduces the commercial bank performance evaluation method of system optimization theory,the third chapter summarizes the analysis ZBGS bank performance appraisal system of the status quo,problems and reasons,the fourth chapter focuses on ZBGS bank performance appraisal system optimization ideas and specific optimization scheme,the empirical analysis to optimize the effect,the fifth chapter analysis the optimized performance appraisal system to organize the implementation and safeguard measures,the sixth chapter conclusions.
