Research On The Risk Management Of The Construction Of Nanning Green Printing Industrial Park

Currently,the type of the world's economy is increasingly transform to research,innovation,industrial park,and the international division of labor.Building green industrial park,to achieve sustainable development and reduce the irreplaceability of urban industrial economy has become an important trend.Nanning's green printing industrial park developing by a clusters way so the Nanning printing industry can achieve the innovation of economic and management mechanism.Construction of Nanning green printing industrial park also facing a variety of analysis,on the basis of project risk management theory and methods,combined with the actual situation of the printing industry park project in Nanning,the pater use risk assessment theory,the park project risk assessment and risk prevention measures was studied accordingly.The main content of the paper analyzes the basic situation of Nanning green printing industrial park construction project,and hired experts for the basic situation,summarize the risk analysis of the project,also used mode questionnaire to design project risk identification;analytic hierarchy method is used to the risk assessment,finally according to the results of the risk assessment,the paper give the solutions of risk reduction initiatives.This thesis gave theories and methods for reference for solving other similar parks' construction like Nanning printing parks in relevant risk management issues.
