Study On The Comprehensive Grain Production Capacity Of Hubei Province

Food safety is an eternal topic,can not relax at any time,we must be vigilant in peace time,the "rice bowl" end firmly in their own hands,not only to eat,but to eat safe.Grain production capacity is the fundamental guarantee of food security,the relationship between the protection and the improvement of the comprehensive production capacity of grain.Hubei Province is the major grain producing areas in China.Since ancient times,"Huguang cooked,the world is full of the laudatory name,Hubei Province is one of the 13 major grain producing areas,10 food as one of the redeployment of the province,the province's total grain output in 2014 breakthrough by 258.42 million tons,close to 1997 the highest level in history,ranking fourth in the country,sown area reached 437.03_wan million hectares of,since 2000,the maximum value,the yield reached 5913kg/hm2,at an all-time high,the implementation of grain production "Eleventh even increase.But due to the population base of our province is larger,per capita grain share is only the national average,in recent years,grain sown area while maintaining growth,but the growth range is small,the overall trend is downward,as a national major grain producing areas,but also to ensure the supply of Eastern food sales;and control of grain production in Hubei Province of natural and social factors for a short period of time still can not solve,such as means of production of grain of the relative shortage,agricultural infrastructure is still weak,agricultural financial constraints,food quality and safety problems appear.Therefore,the current comprehensive analysis on the comprehensive grain production capacity of Hubei Province and judged,and to explore the possible ways to improve the comprehensive grain production capacity of Hubei Province,regardless of Hubei Province's economic and social sustainable development or national grain production situation has important theoretical and practical significance.Firstly,this paper reviews the research results of the domestic and foreign research on the comprehensive production capacity of grain,and the important concepts and theoretical basis,and then reviews the grain production capacity of Hubei province since the reform and opening up,through the relevant data indicators,to determine the Hubei province since the reform and opening up the food production capacity building and lost.Through the introduction of the resources endowment and the current economic and social development of Hubei Province,the paper uses SWOT analysis to reflect the present situation of food production capacity in Hubei province from four aspects:advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats.According to the existing theory of grain comprehensive production capacity,combined with the actual situation of grain production in Hubei Province,through the use of grey system correlation degree theory and the derived Delphy index weight method,determine the core factors affecting the comprehensive production capacity of grain in Hubei province.By Hubei Province since the reform and opening up the grain yield and quality performance data,using the grey system theory GM(1,1)prediction model,prediction of Hubei Province "45"grain production situation.Finally,according to the previous related factors and data analysis,from the two aspects of the factor input and output performance of grain production in Hubei Province,this paper puts forward the solution method...
