Study On The Influencing Factors Of Comprehensive Grain Production Capacity In Hebei Province

Grain is an important material basis for the development of national economy.How to improve the comprehensive production capacity of grain has always been one of the problems of scholars and government.With the economic development,the acceleration of urbanization,the shortage of arable land resources,the international food market is facing the problem of tight supply and demand.China,as a large agricultural country,attaches great importance to food issues.At the end of2015,Hebei Province proposed to build a sound food security system to ensure grain production and production,and the most important issue in food security is the problem of comprehensive grain production capacity.This article takes Hebei Province as an example to study the influence of various factors of grain comprehensive production capacity.This paper first analyzes the current situation of agricultural resources utilization in Hebei Province,which is divided into two categories: natural resources and socio-economic resources.The information and data were collected and analyzed from the aspects of cultivated land resources,science and technology power,total power of machinery,water conservancy facilities,quality of rural employees and food production.Ten indicators of grain comprehensive production capacity were selected according to the previous analysis methods The And select the statistical data of these 10 indicators from 2004 to 2014,and use the gray relational analysis method to analyze the impact of grain yield on the grain yield and make the sorting and sort out the important indexes,and use it to carry out the CD production function theory Quantitative analysis.The following conclusions can be drawn: scientific and technological progress on the comprehensive improvement of grain production capacity,the scientific use of fertilizers and pesticides,improve the quality of farmers and professional quality,improve the overall effective water area to improve land use.And according to the conclusions of the study and analysis of the corresponding policy:(1)to vigorously promote the scientific and technological progress of agriculture;(2)take the ecological protection line;(3)to improve the quality of agricultural personnel and professional quality;(4)to optimize the watering equipment,to ensure that the development of agricultural science and technology,Cultivated land quality.
