Analysis Of The Development Strategy Of Supply Chain Finance For Small And Medium Banks

Currently Chinese banking industry has become more mature and the competition has been increasingly fierce.Foreign banks,state-owned commercial banks,local commercial banks and joint-stock banks all have innovations to increase their business scope and improve their competitiveness.Domestic commercial banks follow the development trend of enterprises and actively carry out supply chain finance oriented innovations in order to seize this new blue ocean.Supply Chain Finance will effectively combine all aspects of the entire supply chain.Good credit of core enterprises increase trust for the entire supply chain.Innovative financial services and products not only overcome the long-term difficulties in financing for the supplier,promote the upgrading and development of related industrial chains,but also reduce the risk of bank credits and expand customers and business.In summary,the supply chain finance can achieve tripartite win of banks,core enterprise and suppliers.At present,supply chain finance of domestic small and medium banks is in its infancy.On the one hand rapidly growing customer demand shows great development potential.On the other hand,due to the limited use of the product intermal control and risk control need to be improved.In this paper Bank Z is taken as an example to research and discuss the application and development of supply chain finance in domestic small and medium banks.Bank Z has small scale and lower-ranking among the twelve national joint-stock commercial banks.To a certain extent it can reflect the current situation and problems in supply chain finance of small and medium banks.This paper is based on supply chain finance development of small and medium domestic banks as the background,using the theoretical explanations and case studies combined model.Firstly it describes the connotation,generation,system configuration,features and advantages of supply chain finance.Secondly,it introduced the development of the supply chain finance in domestic small and medium banks,including the background,the need and the development process.Thirdly,it analyzes strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and challenges of supply chain finance development in small and medium banks using SWOT analysis model combining Bank Z's actual case.Finally,on the basis of the above analysis,it makes some suggestions for the development of small and medium bank Supply Chain Finance.To exploit the advantages to the full and to seize the opportunity by focusing on product innovation and strengthening the team building.Through the establishment of electronic management platform to strengthen risk control,make up the weaknesses,and respond to threats,so as to enhance the market competitiveness...
