With the development of society and the advent of knowledge economy,the viewpoint that human is a kind of resource has been widely accepted and approved by more and more people.The enterprises have attached great importance to talent and development and management of human resources,which has contributed a lot to the management of enterprises,and created a good environment for the harmonious coexistence between enterprises and employee.Therefore,the study on the human resource management is not only a crucial part of theoretical research for enterprise management,but also an issue that need to pay much attention by enterprises in practical work.This study focuses on the branch M of Industrial&Commercial Bank of China(ICBC).Banking is an important part of service industry.The requirements for employee in banking are even stricter than in enterprises.Talents has gradually become the driving force for banking,as a result,how to give full play to enthusiasm of employee effectively has become one of the important elements for competition among enterprises.This study first summarizes the theory of human resource management,and then introduces two aspects:the existing problems in state-owned commercial banks in the field of human resource management and experience of foreign commercial banks.Based on the general background of human resources of ICBC,this study analyzes the current situation of Inner Mongolia branch M,and put forward the problems existing in the human resource management of Branch M.Last,the study gives the ideas and suggestions on optimizing human resource management in hopes of improving the human resource management of Branch M of ICBC.
