The People's Bank of China,as the central bank of our country,controls the economic lifeline of our country and plays an important role in maintaining the stability of our financial system?preventing financial risks and supporting the economic development.The people's Bank of China is a special public sector with both the dual attributes of both the State Administration and the professional banks.As the reform of human resources management of the people's Bank of China has lagged behind,the people's Bank grass-roots human resource management only stays in the management of personnel,labor relations and simple training,there is no real human resources management.So,This paper studies how to establish the modern human resource management concept of "people-oriented",how to stimulate the work enthusiasm of employees,and how to improve their job satisfaction and work efficiency,It is of great significance for the development of the human resource management system of the People's Bank of China of H city.This article analyzes the problems of human resource management in the People's Bank of China in H city.From the structure of the organization staffing pay system,training system four aspects to the analyse of existing problems.At the same time,with reference to the domestic and foreign advanced human resource management,put forward the new way of human resource configuration,training system,performance appraisal,spiritual aspects of countermeasures.In the course of the research,the author mainly uses the new public management theory,the two-factor theory,adopts the methods of literature investigation,field investigation and empirical analysis.Through a comprehensive analysis the People's Bank of China in H city of human resources management status,puts forward the feasible and strong standard and the countermeasures to improve the human resources management of the People's Bank of China of H city.
