BDJD now ranks top 2 in Shanghai's EV periodical rental business after 1 year's development.It is valuable to study on how BDJD business model innovation was implemented 1 year ago.It will be significant for carrying out 2nd business model innovation of BDJD.The thesis used the theory of ecologic succession approach to business model introduced by network scientist to perform a logical analysis on the business model innovation.And it researched and summarized the design and implementation of BDJD business model innovation.The thesis researched the operation environment faced by BDJD including platform?customer?partner?competition?internal environment etc.and analyzed the demand characteristics of customer in the market respectively.Then seek the probable opportunity for BDJD from the customer's demand which was not met in current market.Based on the match of demand with resources and capacity,the thesis summarized the process of the succession orientation and the logical thread of value-support design.Then it researched the reaction and solution of value retaining and conversion by analyzing the barrier and challenges which BDJD encountered during the conversion of business model.It was disclosed that the process of business model innovation is a succession driven process.Model selection starts with discovery of the value creation source,and Model implementation ends up with the loss of value creation source.Effective value excavation measures are needed to support the implementation from the start to the end,and need patient value-retained measures to assure the implementation.The key element is the persistence of management and staffs to the value-orientation.It wouldn't succeed without persistence.
