The land resources is one of the key conditions that is necessary for the living of humanity.It is also a non-renewable resource.With the rapid development of our economic market,the requirements of land resources is climbing up.The situations such as extensive utilization of land,unreasonable land use structure and other phenomenons,are showing up with a series of eco-environmental problems.Under the policy of Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets’,the management of land resources,which can meet the requirements from ecological benefit and economic benefit,is becoming a focused research.The Lushui City,Nujiang Prefecture is an important ecological barrier in the southwest region.In recent years,with the development of Lushui Airport project,urban expansion,highway and other construction projects,protecting ecological land,coordinating social and economic development are becoming the most critical problem at the current stage of Lushui.Therefore,Lushui city is the one that is selected as the research object,which can be provided as the reference for land use planning,ecological environment protection and sustainable development strategy programming of Lushui City under the conditions of protecting the security of ecological land,take developing the economy as the target,optimize land use structure.This study takes identifying the critical ecological land as ecological source,considers the cultivated land protection,ecosystem service and the suitability of construction land expansion evaluation in three aspects,the expansion of ecological suitability,and accordingly,evaluates the suitability of ecological expansion,so as to acquire the ecological land restraint of optimized land use quantity and provide a reference for the spatial distribution of land use.In the premise of ecological land constraints,adopt the grey linear programming model,select 17 constraint conditions,construct quantitative structure optimization of maximizing economic benefits,and utilize CA-MARKOV model to simulate the spatial distribution of land use in 2020.Based on the results of CA-MARKOV,take the results of grey linear programming model as quantitative target,consult the suitability of ecological land and suitability of construction land expansion,make an optimal configuration of land use structure in Lushui city.The main conclusions are as followings:(1)The definition of ecological land tends to "thematic function theory",classifying garden,woodland,grassland,water area,natural reserves and reservoir water as ecological land.Based on the recognition of critical ecological land,classify Lushui ecological land as core ecological land,important ecological land,transitional ecological land and general ecological land,the core ecological land,namely the ecological source,occupies 17.55%of the total area of the research area.Through a comprehensive analysis,consider the cultivated land protection policy,ecosystem service and suitability of construction land expansion,utilize MCR model,acquire the suitability spatial distribution of Lushui ecological land expansion and the constraint value of ecological land is confirmed as 271333.26hm2.(2)Depend on the analysis of the current structure of the Lushui land use,the spatial distribution of land use,and land use efficiency,acquire the unreasonable places of land use structure.On this basis,this study utilizes the grey linear programming model,takes maximizing the economic benefits as the goal,acquires the quantitative structure optimization results of land use in 2020,the results show that agricultural land increases 2855.01 hm2,which occupies 0.93%of the total area;the construction land increases 95hm2,which occupies 0.04%of the total area;other land use reduces 2950.00hm2,which occupies 0.95%of the total area.The optimization results are that expand cultivated land and construction land reasonably in the premise of adjusting internal structure of ecological land and protecting ecological land quantity.(3)The spatial optimization of land is based on the land utilization simulation results of CA-MARKOV model,combines with the land use quantity result of grey linear programming,suitability of ecological land use expansion,construction land suitability and other results,acquire the spatial distribution of land use in the research of 2020.The optimization results of land use show that most transferring plaque is rather small,Liuku Town and Laowo village are greatly adjusted.After optimization,the degree of land use is reduced,the connectivity of land is improved,the spatial structure of land use is more stable and the structure is more reasonable.
