Study On The Evaluation Of Urban And Rural Integration In Yangtze River Delta

After more than 30 years of reform and opening-up,China's economy is witnessing a rapid development,and people's living standard has been significantly improved.However,the development between regions,urban and rural areas in China is very uneven,especially in most rural areas development is relatively backward,the imbalance between urban and rural areas still exists,this phenomenon has become one of the main obstacles to China's economic development.To solve the "three rural issues" and coordinate the relationship between urban and rural areas has always been the key and difficult point of our political economy.Industry and agriculture,city and countryside planning as a whole,city and rural mutual benefit,the formation of linkage effect,promoting the development of urban and rural integration is the only way which must be passed of industrialization,modernization of agriculture and urbanization,is an important symbol of national modernization.Urban and rural integration as a necessary stage in the process of industrialization and urbanization,coordinating the development of rural and urban relations has important theoretical and practical significance for accelerating the construction of urbanization and regional development in china.Most areas of the Yangtze River Delta is located on the east coast of the Yangtze River.Because of the location and history,the Yangtze River Delta has always been rich land,is the strongest in Chinese three regions(Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta and Bohai Bay Area)in respect of economic and the development.In recent years,the rate of urbanization of Yangtze River Delta region was significantly improved,with the high-speed,high-speed opening,traffic has been greatly improved,and improve the urban and rural social security system covering the whole system,the reform of the urban and rural household registration system in-depth,regional integration,the integration of urban and rural areas is more and more obvious characteristics.In this paper,the Yangtze River Delta region of the two provinces and one city as an example,selects the 2006-2015 data for the years,starting from the characteristics of the present situation and development of the research about the connotation and the integration of urban and rural areas,compared to the Yangtze River Delta region in recent 10 years,the development level of urban and rural integration measure,and evaluation.This paper analyzes the main factors and obstacles that affect the integration of urban and rural areas in the Yangtze River Delta,and provides policy recommendations for the integration of urban and rural areas in China's Yangtze River Delta region.I hope this research can provide some reference for the policy formulation of the urban and rural integration development in the Yangtze River Delta region and even in the whole country.The full text is divided into six parts.In this paper,the two provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta area as an example,selects the 2006-2015 data for the years,starting from the characteristics of the present situation and development of the research about the connotation and the integration of urban and rural areas,analyzes the methods of evaluation research on the Yangtze River Delta region in the five aspects of economic integration,social integration,space integration,service integration and the integration of population living environment by using the principal component.It is found that the urban-rural integration in the Yangtze River Delta is at a high level,among which the urban-rural integration level is the highest in Shanghai,and the urban-rural integration level in Jiangsu is the lowest.Through the calculation of thecontribution rate of the two levels of indicators,it is found that the contribution rate of economic integration to the urban and rural integration in the Yangtze River Delta is the largest,and the contribution rate of social service integration is the smallest.By analyzing the main factors and obstacles that affect the urban-rural integration development in the Yangtze River Delta region,this paper provides policy recommendations for the integration of urban and rural areas in the Yangtze River Delta region.I hope this research can provide some reference for the policy formulation of the urban and rural integration development in the Yangtze River Delta region and even in the whole country.The thesis mainly consists of six parts:the first part is the literature review,has read a lot about the measurement and evaluation of urban and rural integration based on the literature and summarized the collaboration,scholars in the analysis of theoretical and empirical research on the integration of urban and rural achievements;the second part is theoretical analysis,mainly introduces the connotation and main contents of urban and rural integration mode and integration of urban and rural areas;the third part we establish urban and rural integration index system based on Bai Yongxiu and other scholars on the literature;the fourth part introduces the evaluation method of urban and rural integration,and selects the principal component analysis method to evaluate the level of the Yangtze River Delta integration of urban and rural areas,urban and rural integration level of five subsystems of evaluation of Yangtze River Delta region;the fifth part is the analysis of factors,through the calculation of contribution rate,factors influencing the development of the integration of urban and rural areas in Yangtze River Delta are analyzed;the sixth part is the policy recommendations,based on the Based on the evaluation and factor analysis of the Yangtze River Delta,the paper puts forward policy recommendations to speed up the process of urban-rural integration in the Yangtze River delta.
