Research On The Technical Efficiency Of The Logistics Industry And Its Factors In The Belt And Road Under Low Carbon Constraints

The logistics industry has became a pillar industry of the national economy.With the integration of world economy and the rapid development of science and technology,Logistics plays an important role in regional economic development.The implementation of The Belt and Road is bound to make a trade with Southeast Asia,Eastern Europe more frequently.The development of The Belt and Road cannot do without the circulation of commodities.The technical efficiency of logistics industry directly affects the operation cost of logistics industry and indirectly affects the international competitiveness of Chinese goods.Faced with the problems of economic development and environmental protection at present in China,so it is very important to research on the technical efficiency of the logistics industry and its factors in the Belt and Road under low carbon constraints.This paper studies the Belt and Road,technical efficiency as the main line.Firstly,based on the problems of the traditional DEA,this paper constructs the evaluation model of efficiency of logistics industry based on SBM and calculates the technical efficiency of the logistics industry of the Belt and Road under the background of low carbon.Secondly,using the Theil index and spatial autocorrelation analyzes the spatial differences of technical efficiency.Then,based on statistical indicators and the test method of absolute convergence,the convergence of technical efficiency is analyzed.Then,combined the super-SBM model with the productivity index model of Malmquist,we analyse and evaluate the total factor productivity index of the logistics industry of the Belt and Road.Finally,using Multiple Linear method,we analyse internal and external factors of logistics industry of the Belt and Road and determine the impact of factors on technical efficiency.Research findings:(1)Under restriction of low carbon economy,the level of technical efficiency of logistics industry of the Belt and Road is low,but it presents an upward trend.Low level of pure technical efficiency is the main cause of low technical efficiency.(2)Technical progress is the main driving force of growth of TFP.(3)Technical efficiency of logistics industry of the Belt and Road shows a significant positive correlation in space.TEC has no agglomeration effect and tends to random distribution.(4)Technical efficiency of the logistics industry of the Belt and Road shows divergent trend.Technical efficiency of the logistics industry of the eastern coastal area shows convergence.TFP and technical progress of logistics industry of The Belt and Road also show divergence trend.The convergence trend of TEC is not obvious.(5)The regional economic development level,location quotient,level of information,logistics resources utilization are positively correlated with technical efficiency of logistics industry of The Belt and Road.Among them,the utilization rate of logistics resources has the most significant effect on technical efficiency.However,there is a significant negative correlation between industrial structure and technical efficiency,and the correlation between urbanization level and technical efficiency is not obvious.
