In recent years,with the development of technologies such as mobile Internet,Internet of Things,big data and cloud computing,the "smart community" starts from the convenience of the people,and focuses on community life service,community life wisdom,community public management services and other aspects,gives full consideration to the needs of community residents.It sets smart home,smart travel,smart property,smart government affairs,smart medical treatment,smart business district and other smart community terminal services.Based on the intelligent high-end operation of smart communities,the central kitchen tries its best to meet the growing material needs of community residents on the basis of ensuring the nutrition and safety of food ingredients.Based on intelligent management and coordination,the central kitchen based on smart communities uses technologies such as big data to analyze the dietary preferences,consumer behavior and purchase intention of the community residents,and achieves the quality safety and the traceability of the central kitchen's cold chain through the intelligent cold chain logistics operation,ensuring that processed food products or semi-finished products can be safely delivered to the hands of community residents.For the intelligent operation and management of the central kitchen,we use the ISM to study and explore the management of the central kitchen's smart cold chain through various ways to find out the factors that affect the full functioning of the smart cold chain operation and management function,so as to enhance the scientific technology and management level of the central kitchen.For the innovation mode of the central kitchen,we use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to select the appropriate index to construct the evaluation index system of the central kitchen's capability of innovation,then we create a new production and operation format of the central kitchen in the smart community,and we put forward the reasonable strategies and development trends about the innovation of the central kitchen,it aims to provide community residents with better quality and convenient service.After analyzing the research results of foreign experts and scholars in this field,the main contents of this paper are determined.The paper is divided into six chapters.The main contents of these six chapters are:The first chapter mainly elaborates the research background and significance of the development mode of central kitchen in the smart community and the innovation of business.In addition,we have sorted out the domestic and foreign literatures andsummarized the characteristics and defects of these theoretical research results,and discussed the value of the innovation research of the central kitchen.Then we determined the main direction of this research and the research methods that we adopted,and illustrated the innovation points in this paper.In the second chapter,the main content includes introducing the basic connotation of intelligent community and the content and the basic characteristics of the intelligent community,analyzing the typical cases of intelligent community construction at home and abroad,summarizing its successful experiences and puting forward the development trend of the intelligence community and the feasible scheme of the construction of intelligent community.In the third chapter,we design the framework of the smart cold chain in the central kitchen,using the ISM model to analyze the operation and management of the intelligent cold chain of the central kitchen in the smart community,summarizing the factors affecting the normal operation and management of the smart cold chain,and proposing corresponding solutions.So as to realize the smart operation of the central kitchen and improve the nutritional level and health level of the residents in the community.The fourth chapter makes use of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate,analyze and explore the innovative ability of the central kitchen under the smart community,aiming to promote the safe and efficient operation of the central kitchen under the smart community.In the fifth chapter,based on the evaluation and analysis of the innovative ability of the central kitchen under the smart community,the paper fully addresses the needs of different target customers in the community,puts forward reasonable strategies and recommendations for the innovation of the central kitchen,and make the corresponding prediction and analysis of the future development trend of the central kitchen.In the six chapter,we summarize the entire thesis.The paper summarizes the research analysis results of the whole text,and points out the shortcomings in the research,and prospects the research on the innovative construction of central kitchen under the smart community.
