Study On The Influence Of Intellectual Capital On Enterprise Innovation Performance

In the era of knowledge economy,Innovation ability is one of the key factors to maintain long-term competitive advantage,and innovative,depends on the mastery of the knowledge resources enterprises,it is the result of any form of knowledge innovation is to deal with.As an important content of knowledge management,knowledge sharing can reintegrate existing knowledge,thus creating new knowledge and improving the overall innovation ability of employees and enterprises.Knowledge sharing can help enterprise members better absorb,digest and utilize knowledge,improve enterprise's intellectual capital level and enhance enterprise innovation ability.In this paper,in reference to domestic and foreign relevant intellectual capital,knowledge sharing and innovation performance,on the basis of existing research results,with degree-effect and knowledge theory as the instruction,to enterprise staff as the research object,based on the knowledge sharing of intermediary effect to explore the influence of the factors of intellectual capital to the enterprise innovation performance function and internal mechanism.The main conclusions are :(1)intellectual capital has a significant influence on knowledge sharing,and human capital,structural capital and relationship capital in intellectual capital are positively affecting knowledge sharing.That is,the stronger the internal human capital,the more willing the members of the enterprise to communicate and interact with each other,and the external enterprises are more willing to cooperate with the enterprise.The closer the company members are,the more willing they are to communicate and learn from each other's work experience and skills.The closer the relationship between enterprises,the more conducive to the formation of cooperative relations.Significant impact on enterprise innovation performance(2)knowledge sharing,knowledge sharing and enterprise knowledge sharing in enterprises were significantly positive influence on the enterprise innovation performance,and the enterprise knowledge sharing effects on enterprise innovation performance is more significant than outside the enterprise knowledge sharing.(3)intellectual capital significantly affect the enterprise innovation performance,the manpower capital in intellectual capital,structural capital,relational capital has positive effect on innovation performance of the enterprise,including capital to the enterprise innovation most relevant.(4)knowledge sharing plays an intermediary role between intellectual capital and enterprise innovation performance,that is,the part of intellectual capital that influences enterprise innovation performance through knowledge sharing.(5)enterprises should attach importance to the construction and accumulation of intellectual capital and give full play to the role of knowledge management in enterprise innovation performance.
