With the rapid development of the national economy,China's overall national strength increased rapidly,the automobile consumption market a rosy.To a certain extent,this leads to the increasing proportion of motor vehicle premium income in the property insurance market.According to the survey,In 2014,vehicle insurance revenue accounted for 73.09%of the total premium income.From the above data,we can see that vehicle insurance market has increasingly become the main battleground of property insurance companies.Similarly,PICC YB branch is no exception.Vehicle insurance premium income is also the main source of income for the company.In recent years,due to the addition of small and medium property insurance companies,the income growth of the company's car insurance is not obvious.In the first quarter of 2017,it even had negative growth,which led to the negative growth of the overall premium income of the company in the first quarter.Juxian premium income affects important annual income level for PICC YB branch.According to the survey,the premium income earned by the auto insurance department accounts for nearly 70%of the total premium income of the company.Thus,the automobile insurance department is of great significance for the completion of the annual premium income of the company.In order to improve the company's car insurance premium income and improve the company's market share,the author launched a survey on the PICC YB branch of car insurance,and found that the Department has some defects in the setting of performance management indicators and evaluation system.In order to further improve the company's performance management system and ultimately to solve the problem of reducing the company's premium income,the author tries to optimize the current performance management scheme of PICC YB branch by carrying out the research on performance management,in order to achieve the long-term strategic goal of the growth of the company's premium income level year by year.On the basis of the full collection of relevant information,this paper focuses on the detailed analysis of the current performance management assessment system of the car insurance Department of PICC YB branch,and analyses the status,problems and reasons of the performance assessment of the auto insurance Department of PICC YB branch,and then obtains the optimization scheme for solving the problems.Starting from the current development situation of vehicle insurance industry,this paper briefly describes the importance of performance appraisal system of vehicle insurance department.Then the results of the theory and evaluation system of the Chinese and foreign experts and scholars in the performance management are mainly elaborated,and then the current status of the current performance management of the car insurance Department of the PICC YB branch is analyzed in detail.In the second half of the paper,the paper investigates and studies the organizational structure of the performance management of PICC YB branch,the design scheme of key post and the design scheme of the performance assessment and evaluation system of PICC YB branch,to find out the problems in the performance management,and bring out the solutions,and finally achieve the goal of optimizing the performance management of the company.At the end of the article,the implementation expectation and effect of the plan are analyzed and evaluated.
