Research On Rural Labor Transfer And Poverty Alleviation

In 1978,China began a new period of reform and opening up.After 40 years of hard work,it has made tremendous achievements in various fields such as politics,economy,science and technology,and culture.However,problems have also emerged such as the unbalanced development of regional economy and the continuously widening income gap between urban and rural areas.In the process of advancing modernization and an overall well-to-do society in our country,rural,agricultural,and peasant issues have become the most prominent constraints.The peasant issue is also the core of the "three rural issues" issue.Whether or not the peasants'economic income has continued to increase determines the development of the entire countryside and agriculture,and also determines the realization of an overall well-to-do society in China.Hualong Hui Autonomous County is located in the eastern part of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.It is a national poverty alleviation and development key county with Hui nationality as the main group,Tibetan,Han,and Sala.The natural conditions in the country are very poor,the area of arable land is very small,the economic structure is single,and the income of farmers is low.After the reform and opening up,Hualong County promoted the effective transfer of local rural surplus labor force by developing the economic model of ramen and realized the poverty alleviation of farmers in poverty-stricken areas.In recent years,through the return of hometown employees to start businesses and back hometowns,the township enterprises were promoted.The development of the rural economy has boosted poverty alleviation projects in poor areas and accelerated the pace of new rural construction.This article takes the rural labor force transfer and poverty alleviation as the research object,specifically taking Hualong's "Ramen Economy"model as an example,through the three research methods of literature research method,comprehensive research method,and questionnaire survey method,reviewing the "Long Ramming Economy" model of Hualong.The course of development analyzes the effect of the ramen economic model on poverty alleviation,including:increase in farmers'income,improvement in the quality of life,change in ideological concepts,improvement in employment and entrepreneurship,participation in social services,and promotion of related industries.On this basis,it analyzes the difficulties faced by the "Ramen Economy" model of Hualong in the development process in the new situation and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and proposals:strengthen the development of rural education and improve the quality of the labor force;accelerate the dual urban-rural structural reform and promote urban and rural areas Coordinate development;develop rural non-agricultural industries and realize the transfer of labor on the spot.Accelerate the development of large-scale,industrialized,and chained economic models for the economic development of the long-running economy,and further develop the positive role of the economic mode of ramen in the transfer of employment to the rural surplus labor force,and realize the overall poverty alleviation of farmers and herdsmen in poverty-stricken areas.
