Compulsory citizenship behavior refers to the behavior of individuals response to the pressure from others or the environment.Surrounding environment,abusive management,impression management the political atmosphere or too much requirement on the organizational citizenship behavior leading to engender of the compulsory citizenship behavior.Compulsory citizenship behavior wasraisedup as the opposite of organizational citizenship behavior.Existing research suggests that compulsory citizenship behavior will lead to pressure,emotional exhaustion and job burnout,which may lead to the reduction of work input and turnover intention of leaving,and even occur potential adverse effectsthe personal development of staff and organizational management.In recent years,China's social economy is in a critical period of transformation.The living environment of enterprises is rather harsh,and the management experience of employees has become an indispensable element in organizational management.Existing research on compulsory citizenship behavior put a lot attention on its outcome variables,to explore its negative effects on the personal work experience of employees and the adverse impact on organizational managementor try to find out all kind of leading,to called for control on these factors.However it is almost impossible to control all of them.Therefore,this article mainly discusses the following two questions:First of all,work and family are two indispensable modules in the life of modern people.Whether compulsory citizenship behavior have influence on family life or not?Secondly,the existing research confirms that certain personal characteristics of employees are the boundary conditions of the negative impact between compulsory citizenship behavior and other variables,whether there is a specific management method can play a similar effect?After fully collecting and researching the literature,this article deeply discusses the connotation,causes and consequences of compulsory citizenship behavior.This article set up a model of compulsory citizenship behavior and employee's family conflict.And conduct a research among employees in Beijing,Hubei,Henan,Shandong and other places for data samples.The results of the data analysis show that compulsory citizenship behavior has a significant negative impact on staff work-family conflict;role pressure act as an intermediary role between them;and political skills of supervisors shows regulatory effect.
