Study On The Influence Of Agricultural Mechanization On The Transfer Of Agricultural Labor

The transfer of Agricultural labor force is the key of narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas,breaking the dualistic structure and realizing agricultural modernization.Agricultural machinery has produced and released a large amount of labor force through reducing labor intensity.Therefore,the impact of agricultural mechanization on labor transfer has always been the focus of attention in academia.Since 2005,when China began to implement the comprehensive evaluation system of crop cultivation and harvesting,it has always measured the level of mechanization development based on the comprehensive mechanization rate.In 2015,the whole process of mechanization of agricultural production began in China,made clear ’ to improve tillage,planting,plant protection,harvesting,drying,straw and other major aspects of mechanization level as the focus’,this means that China’s agricultural mechanization will enter into a new stage of development.However,the research on the relationship between mechanization and labor transfer should also be elevated to a new height,that is,it should no longer be restricted to the mechanization of the aspects of cultivation and harvesting,but should also include the three aspects of plant protection,drying and straw.On the one hand,Which will help us grasp the relationship between the two more comprehensively.On the other hand,it will also provide reference for the establishment of a new comprehensive mechanization evaluation index.This paper first reviews the related theories of agricultural labor transfer and agricultural mechanization.Secondly,it analyzes the situation and influences of the transfer of agricultural labor force and the current situation of agricultural mechanization,combining the input of agricultural production,we find that there is a mutual influence between agricultural mechanization and the transfer of agricultural labor force.Then,we were on the six aspects of the production mechanization effect on the transfer of agricultural labor force by empirical analysis,establishes a dynamic panel model and using the system GMM method to solve the endogeneity problem existing in the model.The empirical results show that the mechanization of the six links has a significant impact on the transfer of agricultural labor force,but the degree of influence is different.Finally,aiming at the above results,this paper puts forward four proposals:Guiding the orderly transfer of labor force in the process of developing agricultural mechanization;Making up for the short board of agricultural mechanization;Accelerating the establishment of comprehensive mechanized evaluation index and promoting the appropriate scale of agriculture.
