Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of House Demolition Management In Chaoyang City

After the reform and opening up,with the rapid economic development in our country,it has become a common goal for ordinary people to buy a building in the city.This has also created a fiery boom in the real estate industry.Urban development is inevitably accompanied by demolition and relocation.It has great promotion significance for urban planning and development and rational distribution of land resources,and also greatly improves the living conditions of urban residents.However,house demolition work is also complex and volatile.Urban demolition involves the economic interests of the state,collectives and individuals directly.Therefore,demolition of houses is also the most difficult task.There are still many problems in the demolition of urban houses in our country,including the imperfect procedures of demolition,the imperfect demolition system,the backward standard of demolition compensation and the imperfect relief mechanism of demolition and relocation.These problems directly led to the infringement of all the property of the masses,and a large number of petitions from the relocated households affected social stability.How to effectively resolve the contradictions among them and solve the problem of demolition is the focus that the country and people pay special attention to.In this paper,we take the sunrise in small cities as an example to classify the problems encountered in the house demolition work in Chaoyang City and analyze the causes of the problems.Finally,the effective solutions and countermeasures to these problems are put forward.This article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction part,indicating the research purpose and significance of this article,introducing the research situation of house demolition at home and abroad and the writing of this article.The second part and the third part are the core part of this article.The dissertation introduces the current status of urban house demolition and the problems existing in the demolition work in Chaoyang City in detail.The causes of these problems are analyzed in depth and the essential causes of these problems are analyzed in detail.The fourth part is to learn from advanced demolition experience in large cities.The fifth part puts forward reasonable and effective solutions and countermeasures to the existing problems in house demolition in Chaoyang,such as perfecting the relevant legislation,reasonable compensation,strengthening the quality of employees and establishing communication platform,so as to fully protect the legitimate rights and interests of the demolished people,Regulate urban housing demolition behavior.
