Research On The Development Of Uurban And Rural Residents' Pension Insurance In Pengji Street Of Dongping County

After the State Council issued the pilot opinions on the new-type rural social endowment insurance(referred to as the "new rural insurance")in 2009,pilot work has started all over the country.In October 2009,according to the national unified deployment,Shandong Province in some counties,cities and districts to carry out a large area of the " new rural insurance "pilot work.By the end of 2011,all counties,cities and districts in Shandong had realized the full coverage of the new rural insurance system,and It was at this point that PengJi street began the pilot work on the system.In order to co-ordinate urban and rural economic and social development,accelerate the integration process of urban and rural development,establish a unified urban and rural residents' pension insurance system.In July 2013,Shandong Province decided to combine the two systems of "new rural insurance" and the basic old-age insurance for urban residents within the province,implemented unified management of both groups of people.Consolidate the social basis for the overall development of urban and rural areas.After seven years of practice and development,the urban and rural residents' pension insurance system was gradually accepted by the people in Pengji Street.In this paper,based on the questionnaire survey and case interview,collecting historical data,at the same time,through a large number of literature,sorting and analysis the result of the questionnaire and interviews,research on PengJi street of urban and rural pension insurance system.According to the influencing factors of residents' insurance and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the old-age insurance system for rural residents:strengthen legislation,perfecting system,increase financial support,standardize fund operation management,improve the handling capacity,increase publicity,improve the ability of residents to pay.
