A Study On D Company’s Sales Team Mobile Learning

Corporate training is an effective combination of corporate needs and personal learning.Upgrade of talent means upgrading corporate and forming corporate competitive edge.In past 2 decades,with the huge impact of mobile Internet on industries&enterprises,a revolution has been activated in enterprise training.Staff’s habit in learning changed significantly,training via mobile app to attain knowledge and skill has been considered as an important approach.As a new approach with enormous convenience,interaction&comprehensive coverage,mobile learning has been playing an increasingly critical role in enterprise training.Corporate competitive edge results from the core skill that their staff acquired in creating values for the customers.Since the capability of sales team performs as a critical role in introducing corporate’s product and service to the market,the training provides powerful support for the sales team.However,the application of traditional learning in companies received limited effect in improving sales team’s capability due to the sales team mostly depend on experience,frequent business travel for sales representatives.Therefore,fragmental remote training,brief cases library and sharing by mobile learning app has been becoming most corporate’s preferable choice.How to properly utilize mobile learning in enterprise training is now the question on which most of the managers are focusing.This article applied the theory of Mobile Learning as the basis and referred to domestic and foreign reports with deep dive in enterprise interview,focuses on the study of enterprise business training through Mobile learning.The study explored the orderliness of enterprise employee in Mobile Learning by adopting case study,and provided references for enterprise in application of Mobile Learning.Concludes the elements and suggestion to effectively implement Mobile Learning for enterprises by practice,aims to provide reference and direction for the enterprise who has already or about to adopt Mobile Learning method.
