Research On The Coupling Relationship Between Urbanization Level And Intensive Utilization Of Construction Land In Hongta District

The level of urbanization in our country is continuously improving,along with the rapid development of the social economy.The rapid development of urbanization determines that the demand for construction land is increasing,thus creates a serious conflict between land supplies and demand.The emergence of this phenomenon is more caused by the excessive development of urbanization,the unreasonable use of construction land,the imperfect urban lands’ distribution,and the inability of effective excavation of the stock of land.As a result,serious waste of land resources will be constrained,also it will influence the health and rapid development of the city.The research on the coupling relationship between the urbanization level and the intensive use of construction land in Hongta District will help solve the phenomenon of waste of land resources caused by the economic development;also it will provide relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the coupling and coordinated development of the two systems.This paper is aim to achieve the goal that urbanization level is consistent with the pace of construction land intensive use in Hongta District.In this paper,the research on the evaluation of Hongta District is based on the construction of the urbanization level indicator system,the construction land intensive use indicator system,the urbanization level and construction land intensive use indicator coupling system,by using the coupling coordinated development model,we can analyze the coupling degree of urbanization and construction land intensive use degree,so it can determine the different types of coordination between the urbanization level and construction land intensive use of different time series.The results of this paper are as follows:(1)From 2010 to 2015,the coupling degree between the urbanization level and the intensive use of construction land in Hongta District has been continuously increasing,from mild coordination in 2010 to low-level coordination in 2011,and rising to 2015.The medium-level coordination model shows that as the coupling and coordination of the two systems increasing,the corresponding role will become more and more significant.(2)For the predicted years from 2015 to 2025,the coupling degree between the urbanization level and intensive use of construction land in Hongta District has greatly increased,from the medium level coordination type to the better coordination type,indicating that the coupling coordination types of the two subsystems have reached a higher level,its subsystems are better coordinated and play a better guiding role in the future development of the city.(3)Although the coupling degree of urbanization level and intensive use of construction land in Hongta District reaches a good state,but for the city’s healthy development,the best state has not yet been achieved,and only two subsystems’ s coupling coordination types have achieved good coordination.Therefore,for the Hongta District future development,according to the influencing factors which fail to achieve the best state of coordination,proposed relevant policy recommendations and guide the healthy &coordinated development of future urban construction in Hongta District.
