Study On The Coupling Relationship Between Urbanization And Intensive Use Of Construction Land In Yunnan Province

Land is not only a natural complex but also an economic complex.It is composed of various elements on the land surface of the earth,as well as human economy,social production and life.Land,as a kind of renewable resources,is an important carrier of social progress and economic development,and human economic activities cannot be separated from land.The urbanization stage of our country is still in the period of rapid development,with the acceleration of urbanization process,the demand for land resources is also increasing,especially the construction land,which makes the contradiction between people and land more acute.The basic national conditions of our country require us to take the path of intensive and economical urbanization.Yunnan Province,as a province where ethnic minorities are concentrated in the border areas,is urbanized.The level of development has always been lower than the national average.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the coupling and coordination relationship between urbanization and intensive utilization of construction land in Yunnan Province.The research area of this study is Yunnan Province and 16 prefecture-level cities,and the research sequence is from 2007 to 2016.Firstly,we construct the coupling system between urbanization and intensive utilization of construction land,and then construct a coupled coordinated development evaluation model to study and analyze the coordination between urbanization development and intensive utilization of construction land in Yunnan Province from 2007 to 2016.Thirdly,the GIS break-off method is used to analyze the timing characteristics of the coupling and coordinated development of the two,and the spatial analysis module(global Moran index)is used to analyze the global autocorrelation.Clustering and anomaly Analysis Module(LISA)for Local Spatial autocorrelation Analysis.Finally,suggestions are put forward from three aspects: improving the urbanization level,improving the intensive utilization level of construction land and strengthening the management of the government.The main contents are as follows:(1)after systematically combing the related concepts of urbanization,intensiveutilization of construction land,system theory,synergy theory and coupling theory,the coupling system of urbanization and intensive utilization of construction land is constructed.It is necessary to fully consider the relationship between the two systems.Only the coordinated and synchronous development between the urbanization system and the intensive use system of construction land can the sustainable development of cities and towns be realized.(2)the relationship between urbanization and intensive use of urban construction land is qualitatively analyzed.The stage of urbanization is different,and the mode of land use and the type of intensive use of land are also different,and the level of intensive use of urban land is an important factor affecting the development of urbanization.The level of urbanization affects the level of intensive use of construction land.(3)through the analysis of the time series characteristics of the coupling coordinated development level between urbanization and intensive use of construction land in Yunnan Province,it is concluded that the spatial pattern of the coupling coordinated development level between urbanization and intensive use of construction land in Yunnan Province is Hierarchical ladder distribution,In the first ladder high value area is Kunming City,Yuxi City,as the core of central Yunnan,Dali as the core of Northeast Yunnan and southwest Yunnan Dehong Prefecture and Xishuangbanna as the second ladder high value area.The coupling coordinated development level of urbanization and intensive utilization of construction land in the remaining areas is generally low,which is the third step high value area.(4)through the analysis of the spatial characteristics of the coupling coordinated development level between urbanization and intensive use of construction land in Yunnan Province,it is concluded that the coupling coordinated development level between urbanization and intensive use of construction land in Yunnan Province presents a positive spatial correlation and positive.The correlation and agglomeration degree are gradually weakening;In the ten years from 2007 to 2016,the coupling coordinated development level of urbanization and intensive use of construction land in 16 states and cities of Yunnan Province has abnormal values,which is basicallyrealized that Kunming City is in the high value area and Lincang City is in the low value area.The differentiation of other regions is not significant,indicating that the city has a good trend towards common development.
