The Study On Total Performance Management System

The quality of performance management system has an unshirkable responsibility for enterprises to implement the strategic goal of sustainable development.Therefore, we must understand the contents and methods of total performance management in theory fully.If we want to display the promoting action t enterprise of total performance management,wo must carry out whole and comprehansive principle and design the total performance management suited one enterprise.Therefore,this paper conforms to the development of modern enterprise.At the same time,it has the omportant guiding sense to business management pratice in future.In this paper, we take Huaqi as the main subjects. We have based on the study of performance management methods such as BSC,MBO and KPI. Based on performance and performance management theory, we have a theory system of total performance management. On the point of view corporate strategy development,we summary management practices of Huaqi and the theory above,and design a total performance management system of HuaqiAt the same time,we conduct a preliminary sample analysis of the case about the actual situation of the pilot departments and the comprehensive performance management system to be verified. Therefore, this paper can have evidence to support the conclusions that a total performance management system is similar enterprises just as Huaqi in the development and implementation of more convincing.For the research of this subject, this study also used theoretical deductions, comparative studies, field research,and laboratory research. Under the guidance of instructors, I have read a lot of books and papers about the performance management, especially total performance management and performance methods of the literature. At the same time, this author have commitment as Assistant of Human Resources Department at Huaqi and have been involved in Huaqi Information functional departments performance appraisal projects. It is possible to participate in the company's performance improvement projects.All of that can provide the basis of practice for the study of this paper.
