WF Agricultural Science and Technology Co.,LTD is an asset of billions of dollars of agricultural products processing enterprises,after 10 years of development.Its products have gained a certain reputation in the local.With the aggravation of the market competition and the upgrading of products,competitive pressures continue to increase,while the original mode of marketing gradually can 't adapt to the development needs of the new situation.Therefore,it needs to change the traditional management mode and marketing strategy to make the company get rid of the current unfavorable situation and go on the road of healthy development as soon as possible.Electronic commerce is a new business marketing mode of operation of modern society,can be achieved online shopping,online transactions,online payment,other business and financial activities.More and more people and enterprises use e-commerce,one hand,it brings new impetus to the development of enterprises,on the other hand,it challenges the traditional enterprise marketing.According to the market and business surveys and the literature review,first from e-commerce advantages and difficulties of the market of agricultural products,analyze the feasibility of the implementation of e-commerce of WF company with SWOT,then STP is carried out on WF e-commerce company,do the market segmentation,target market selection and positioning,the establishment of direct type 020 model is more suitable for WF company's product marketing and brand,and make its marketing strategy planning of the electronic commerce mode,based on that,the development of WF electronic commerce mode and the implementation way are given,and puts forward the problems and suggestions of the need to pay attention to in the development process of electronic commerce.The e-commerce model of WF has considerable reference to the similar enterprises in the industry,but it is not suitable for small and medium enterprises in the industry.
