The Research On Dynamic Mechanism Of Modern Agriculture Development In Shandong Province

With the improvement of people's living standards and the diversification of demand for agricultural products,modern agriculture has become the direction and trend of agricultural development in various regions.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization and made "building a modern agricultural industrial system,production system and management system" as one of the main measures for the rural revitalization strategy.Complying with the laws governing the development of agricultural modernization and developing modern agriculture in a sound and orderly manner is of great significance for realizing agricultural reform,increasing farmers' income and economic development,and realizing the strategy of rural revitalization.Shandong Province is a large agricultural province.The development of agriculture can be regarded as the epitome of national agricultural development.The problems arising in the development of modern agriculture restrict the development of modern agriculture.In this context,exploring the dynamic mechanism of modern agricultural development in Shandong Province is of great significance for promoting the development of modern agriculture.On the basis of defining the connotation and characteristics of modern agricultural development,this study first analyzes the theory of multifunctional agriculture,sustainable development theory,agricultural location theory,agricultural growth theory and agricultural economic theory,and introduces ecological agriculture,precision agriculture,and urban The development model of agriculture,brand agriculture and smart agriculture.Then combing the theoretical basis of modern agricultural development,it is found that the following problems exist in modern agriculture in Shandong Province,the level of agricultural infrastructure needs to be improved,the quality of rural employees is low,the agricultural economic structure needs to be improved,the level of sustainable agricultural development is not high,and the development of agricultural regions is not high.unbalanced.This paper mainly uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)—Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method to evaluate the development level of modern agriculture in Shandong Province,empirically analyzes the influencing factors of modern agricultural development in Shandong Province and discusses its mechanism of action,and constructed Shandong Province.The system dynamics(SD)model of modern agricultural development was simulated and researched.Finally,the dynamic mechanism and countermeasures for modern agricultural development in Shandong Province were proposed.In view of the above problems,this study proposes to promote the development of modern agriculture in Shandong Province by improving agricultural infrastructure construction,improving the quality of agricultural employees,implementing agricultural structural reforms,improving agricultural ecological environment and coordinating development according to local conditions.The development of modern agriculture provides reference recommendations.
