Research On The Schedule Plan Coordination Of Multiple Projects For The Mall IT Start-up Enterprise

With the rapid development of IT technology,a lot of small IT enterprises emerged in recent years.Because of the limited resources,in the face of multiple projects at the same time,these enterprises often meet project delays seriously,which cause customer dissatisfaction.Therefore,solving schedule delay of the multiple projects is becoming an urgent matter for a lot of small IT enterprises,which is also a critical path to enhance core competitiveness of small IT enterprises.Through the analysis and study for the schedule management status and problems in GBKJ,this article put forward the comprehensive schedule plan for multiple projects in GBKJ.Firstly,hold a meeting to analyze the reasons of GBKJ multiple projects schedule delay by the methods of group discussion,then summarize and classify the reasons by the Ishikawa diagram,the main reasons were determined through the expert vote,including lacking human resources evaluation?lacking projects priorities evaluation?lacking the match between human resources and projects?lacking the comprehensive schedule plan,the improving way and ideas are also summarized.Secondly,according to the improving way,under the consideration of the company values,the evaluation index group of human resources is determined by the Mind map,and the evaluation for the key personnel in GBKJ are conducted with the easy and direct scoring method.Then,under the guiding of the enterprise value,the evaluation indexes are determined by Balanced Score Card.Taking three representative projects of GBKJ for example,this article use the Analytic Hierarchy Process to conduct the screening and evaluation of the multi projects,construct the index hierarchy model and the judgment matrix,under the help of computer aided software,the weight of each index and the consistency are calculated,finally the priorities of three projects could be concluded.In the end,based on resources and project evaluation results,considering the activities relations of multiple projects,this paper make the reasonable matching between the available resources and multiple projects,in the premise of giving full play for the company resources,this article put forward a comprehensive multiple projects schedule plan to improve the multiple projects schedule management for GBKJ,which could be referred by other small IT companies to deal with similar problem.
