In the market economy situation,the contract between the enterprise and the staff not only has a formal formal economic contract,but also exists in the heart of the heart of the contract,which together constitute the mutual trust between the enterprise and the mutual trust of the basis of faith The For knowledge workers,not only has a wealth of theoretical knowledge and business experience,more clear value orientation and personal growth and development planning.Therefore,how to carry out incentive design of knowledge workers is not only an important content of enterprise management,but also an important way to enhance enterprise efficiency.This research is of great significance.Z company is engaged in IT software development of small and medium-sized private science and technology enterprises in the Internet under the influence of the economy to achieve rapid development,but in recent years the development potential,market competitors increased,enterprises are facing sustainable development difficulties.In this paper,based on the heart contract Z company knowledge staff incentive design research,through the literature analysis,questionnaire and so on,Z company knowledge staff incentive status quo and the problem analysis,combined with Z company development reality,put forward targeted Z company knowledge staff incentive design.First of all,the definition of incentive design and knowledge-related personnel is defined,and the theory of incentive is expounded,which lays the theoretical foundation for the research.Secondly,it analyzes the present situation and problems of Z employees ’knowledge workers’ The author puts forward the necessity of using the psychological contract theory to carry out the incentive of the knowledge workers.Thirdly,the author analyzes the motivational factors of the Z-based knowledge workers based on the psychological contract theory.Through the questionnaire survey,the satisfaction of the knowledge workers is satisfied Finally,according to the differentiated demand of knowledge workers,this paper puts forward the incentive design scheme of knowledge workers based on the contract of Z Company,which is based on the transaction dimension,the transaction dimension,the training dimension of the knowledge worker,Relationship dimension,development dimension and so on,put forward the incentive design strategy of Z company knowledge worker.In this paper,the innovation lies in the fact that,aiming at the knowledge updating of IT enterprise employees,the high salary level,the high level of education and the high quality,combined with the actuality of science and technology enterprises of Z Company,we use the combination of heart contract and incentive theory to analyze the knowledge Based on the factors,and based on these factors,put forward a targeted Z company knowledge staff incentive design,in order to enhance the efficiency of science and technology enterprises to achieve the development of science and technology enterprises to provide reference and reference.
