"Person" as the company's core competitiveness is becoming more and more attention by managers,and the company's "people" is the most concern of the compensation,so the company must strengthen the salary management,improve the company compensation management level.This paper,taking A company as A study object,through questionnaire investigation,interview panel interviews,literature research,problems and countermeasures study on the current situation of compensation management of A company investigation and research,find out the problems existing in the salary management of A company are:pay package not timely adjustment;Imbalance of salary structure;The lack of "spiritual value" in the compensation system;Lack of basis for compensation determination and adjustment;Pay is not related to performance.The reasons for this problem in the compensation management of company A are:lack of professional compensation management personnel;Outdated salary concept;The compensation system is not perfect.On A company compensation management problems and its causes,this article puts forward the optimization strategy of A company's salary management idea is to import the performance pay management concept,establish and improve the salary management system,internal training of specialists in the field of compensation management,rationally adjust the salary structure,perfect performance appraisal system,constructing excellent corporate culture.To the effective implementation of the compensation management optimization strategy A company,analyzes the possible problems in the process of implementation and reasons,put forward the implementation method and protection measures,to ensure the effective implementation of the compensation management optimization strategy,A company so as to give full play to the restriction and incentive compensation,the performance of organizations and individuals work,promote the common development of the company and the employee.
