Juran,a famous master of quality management,once said:twenty-first Century is the century of quality! If an enterprise wants to obtain a greater survival and development space,to obtain the greatest economic benefits,it is necessary to provide customers with high quality products and services to customers in the market.Therefore,the quality of each enterprise must pay close attention to the theme.This thesis focuses on the quality management of S heavy industry limited company issues,through the investigation and analysis of problems were summarized,the use of modern quality management concepts and tools to improve the company's product quality problems,the staff system,raw material supply channels,customer service service and enterprise quality culture construction.In this paper,the main concepts of modern quality are Juran's view of quality,the quality of the view of Deming and the quality view of the author of the paper.The main application tools include PDCA cycle,questionnaire,arrangement chart and causality diagram.Improve the company's product quality and customer satisfaction by improving the implementation of the measures to promote the rapid development of the company.
