Research On The Competitiveness Of The Structure Of China's High Technology Industry

This paper introduces the capital stock of R&D funds to measure the investment degree of R&D funds in high-tech industries,and divides the technological innovation factors of industrial competitiveness into three levels:core competitiveness,basic competitiveness and environmental competitiveness,and uses the provincial panel data of high-tech industries from 2005 to 2016 to do empirical research,then we can analyze the impact of technological innovation factors on industrial competitiveness in high-tech industries.The results of the study are as follows:(1)under the whole effect of various factors of technological innovation,as the core of the industrial competitiveness,the investment of R&D funds and the input of R&D personnel have a positive impact on the market share index of the high technology industry in the region;(2)the impact of R&D investment on the results is more obvious,the effect of R&D investment is better than R&D personnel,and it can also reflect the importance of R&D funds on the competitiveness of the high-tech industry;(3)when the basic competitiveness or environmental competitiveness is lost,the investment of R&D funds and the input of R&D personnel will decrease to a certain extent.Therefore,the core competitiveness of technology innovation can only show the best effect in the case of combining the basic competitiveness and the environmental competitiveness factor,and it has the most obvious influence on the competitiveness of the high-tech industry;(4)the government funds have a significant impact on the competitiveness of the industry,although the investment of government funds on R&D funds has a "extrusion effect",that is,the investment of government funds squeezes the increase in R&D investment of the enterprise's own funds,but it reduces the risk of the enterprise and improves the competitiveness of the high-tech industry;(5)the eastern region is the main gathering place for high-tech industries,the eastern region is also significantly higher than the central and western regions at a significant level,and the degree of influence is also more obvious.Finally,based on the conclusion of the empirical study,we put forward relevant policy recommendations for the competitiveness of high-tech industries between provinces in China.
