Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Real Estate Registration Management In Jiangsu Province

With the continuous improvement of the registration function,China's real estate industry has entered a new stage of development.Real estate transactions,mortgages and guarantees have developed rapidly,and have entered the era of market reform.The most common way of real property is registration.There are many types of real estate registration,and the type is very complex,which involves the vital interests of the masses.The comprehensive development of a series of real estate registration system has an impact on the system system,service management and innovation of real estate registration.This article introduces in detail the general situation of the unified registration of real estate,the characteristics and the reasons for the unified registration of real estate.By introducing the development process of the real estate management in Jiangsu Province,the present situation and achievements of the unified registration work,Jiangsu Province,in combination with the specific requirements of the State Council on the unified registration of real real estate,realizes the "four unification" of the registration institution,the registration book,the registration basis and the information platform.Jiangsu put forward a window type integrated reception and "four full"service mode for real estate registration.This paper uses the new public service theory to analyze the causes of the problems of the real estate registration management,including the unsound legal norms of the real estate registration,the incomplete system construction of the management,and the public service of the real estate registration.Through reference and analysis of the experience and advantages of real estate registration management in other provinces of China,we should find corresponding solutions.Based on the various dimensions of unified registration of real estate,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the supervision mechanism,registration basis and operation rules of real estate registration management.The way to solve the problem is how to speed up the realization of the "four unification" and the in-depth development of the real estate registration service.
