The Influence Of Servitization Of Manufacturing On Enterprise Business Performance

Industry 4.0 are being promoted on the world-wide scale,the reform on China manufacturing upgrading must be enforced.Service-oriented manufacturing become one of direction for whole country economy development.In this paper applied totally 2083 listed companies distributed all kinds of different manufacturing industries in our country as research subjects,mainly focus on the effect of servitization of manufacturing on enterprise business performance with the view of empirical method.As conclusion of research that there are "U" Type relationship between the degree of servitization and corporate performance.To explain "U" curve that at the beginning of service strategy,companies' performance will decrease with service input,which we called "Dilemma of servitization".As servitization implement further and corporate's development to be perfect that can follow the development pace of servitization,finally the performance lead to dramatic rise.Meanwhile,through analysis typical case of Shanxi Blower(Group)Co.,Ltd.,try to take their successful experiences as a reference for other companies in the future.Combined method of data research and successful case analysis to explore a new way of manufacturing upgrade.At the ending of paper,we propose a series of constructive policies for servitization implementation,such as reasonable long-term and short-term target setting,mental mechanism of service creation,service related organization structure,synergetic development within internal departments and so on.
