Research On The Development Strategy Of Logistics Enterprises In Jishou City

Logistics is the foundation of modern regional economic developing and growth pole,it acts a role as “catalyst” and “lubricant” in the whole regional economy developing.J city is an inland city that has both advantages and restricting factors in develop logistics industry.As the implementation of the strategy of "the Belt and Road" in China,it brings new opportunities and challenges for developing logistics in J city.Therefore,J city as a sample to discuss the inland "area" strategy of the regional logistics enterprise development mode has important theoretical and realistic significance.First,this study use SWOT to analyzes the development of logistics industry needs various foundations,including regional economic foundation,location transportation,endowment of resources,industry development,government policy,information technology.Second,this study analyzes the development of logistics strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats in J city.The results show,in development of competitive advantages,it mainly owing to the location,transportation,policy and financial advantages;while the disadvantage aspect mainly due to the lagging infrastructure construction,weak logistics consciousness,depressed social demands,difficult industry consolidation and the insufficient talent supply,etc;in opportunity aspect,it indicated that the great development of transportation and industrial supply-side reform bring new opportunities;one-belt and one road brings new opportunities;the threats aspect presents that the competitive pressure is rising,benefit mechanism is in short and the scale degree is not enough.Third,this study analyze the logistics strategy systematically in J city.There are main two kinds: professional marker led and main traffic mode.The main features are :relying on land transportation,cargo transportation is the main business;the scale is not big,the competitiveness is weak;the function is single and low added value.The strategy of logistics development are group development,talent and technology strong strategy,ECR,diversified development and brand management.The deficiency reflects the application of informatization is not enough;the inplement of ERC is not enough,the attention to ecological logistics is not enough.Fourth,for the problems in logistics development strategy,the study put forward the strategic choice of logistics development.These strategies include export-oriented,ECR,information development and talent training.Finally,this study proposed some pertinent questions to improve the logistics industry in J city.One is the regional economic development and logistics enterprise.The second is information ability and logistics enterprise.The third is talent supply and logistics enterprise.The fourth is the demand and supply.
