| In the modern economy and society,with the gradual increase of the demand for talents by enterprises,the status of training in the human resources department of enterprises is also increasingly important.Training,as an important source of talent sources and improving the overall quality of employees,plays a crucial role in the sustainable development of the company.The evaluation of training effectiveness is an important part of the training program.It directly affects the follow-up training improvement,implementation,and transformation of results.As a result,more and more managers are beginning to focus on how to effectively evaluate the effectiveness of corporate training.It pays attention to the input-output ratio of training activities.This paper first studies the theory and model of the training effect evaluation of domestic and foreign through the literature research method,understands the level and method of training effect evaluation,and then through the questionnaire survey,interviews,etc.,to collect data analysis of the KY company operating sector training to carry out the status quo and the operation of the training department to assess the effectiveness of the work,Finally,combined with the relevant theory and the author actually participated in the training project,a series of measures to improve the system to explore how to optimize the effectiveness of the sector training project evaluation work,so as to optimize the talent structure and improve the comprehensive ability of talent to provide strong support.In addition,it is hoped that the research of this paper can provide some reference for the establishment of scientific and effective evaluation system of enterprise training. |
