Discussion On The Development Of Rural Cultural Tourism In Meizhou

Rural tourism is a new growth point for tourism and rural economy in the new normal and an important driving force for promoting rural urbanization.At present,there are various problems in the development of rural tourism.It is an indisputable fact.This article intends to establish the following mechanism to promote the development of rural tourism from the perspective of supply-side reform: on the basis of giving full play to the role of market in allocating resources,to play a government's "invisible hand" role to correct market failures and achieve capital,talent,Resources and product elements to reconstruct the interests of the supply side subjects such as the government,enterprises and villagers,to achieve the balanced distribution of the main interests and to coordinate the information and communication so as to satisfy the interest demands of all the subjects so as to form a reasonable promotion of rural tourism development.Whether such a mechanism is reasonable or not requires further answers to the following key questions:(1)the problems that exist on the supply side of rural tourism and the reasons for these problems;(2)the market mechanism has resources to accumulate obstacles and is difficult to overcome by itself and the government can introduce Break these barriers;and(3)whether the supply-side reforms meet the demand-side requirements.Through the eatablishment of ananalytical framework of "government-enterprise-villager" and "capital-talent-resource-product",using the methods of questionnaire survey,partial equilibrium and general equilibrium,Scale analysis?demand characteristics of rural tourism?analysis of the causes of rural tourism?introduction of domestic and foreign experience?policy design of the technical route,this paper draws the following main conclusions:(1)the current Meizhou rural tourism supply side of the rural culture is damaged,rural ecology Environmental deterioration,serious homogeneity of products,low level of regional economic development,lack of financial support,inadequate infrastructure for rural tourism,lack of scientific planning and lack of tourist talent,etc.(2)These problems are caused by the failure to properly handle The deep-seated reasons for the interest relations between the government,the enterprises and the villagers are that the market mechanism has inherent defects in allocating resources,and can not rely on its own forces to overcome the obstacles to the accumulation of resources,funds,products and talent elements,as well as the distribution of the principal interests Balanced,asymmetric information,inconsistent interests,We need to rectify the market failure by giving play to the role of the government's "invisible hand" and realize the optimization and integration of funds,talents,resources and product elements to promote the development of rural tourism.The innovation of this article is reflected in the fact that for the first time,the development of rural tourism in Meizhou is studied from the perspective of supply.The main contradiction between the development of tourism in Meizhou and that of Meizhou is the contradiction between supply and demand.The supply side occupies the main position.The article focuses on the supply side of the study.
