Compared with the mature theory of labor cost management in foreign countries,the research on labor cost management in our country lags behind,and the labor cost is an important part of the total cost of the company.As an important part of company management,labor cost management allows stakeholders to observe the realization of the value of the company's labor cost,and the level of labor cost has a great impact on the enthusiasm of the company's employees,so that,as an important part of the company's management,labor cost management allows stakeholders to observe the realization of the value of the company's labor cost.It plays an important role in adjusting the structure and quantity of management strategy and labor cost input.Strengthening the management of company labor cost will help to enhance the core competitiveness and operation benefit of the company,and help the company to carry out reasonable cost accounting,and so on.X company's labor scale and total labor cost increase rapidly,but the labor cost per capita,personnel cost rate and labor cost share the lower proportion of total cost in the same industry.Therefore,to solve these problems,to achieve scientific labor cost management and sustainable development,has become the most important problem in the face of X company managers.Based on the theoretical basis of domestic and foreign research on labor cost management,combined with the actual case study of X Company,this paper analyzes the current situation of X Company's labor cost management in detail by using the method of combining theory with practice.The paper also points out the outstanding problems in the labor cost management of the company,and finally puts forward the relevant improvement countermeasures based on strengthening the labor cost management,implementing the incentive and welfare improvement plan and controlling the total amount of labor employed.
