Poverty has been a global problem since ancient times.Many countries in the world have been struggling with poverty for a long time.The eradication of poverty and the realization of a comprehensive poverty reduction are both the common ideals of all human beings,as well as the necessary conditions for China to build a well-off society in an all-round way,and also the necessary requirement for the great victory of the comprehensive socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.As a developing country and a multi-ethnic country,China is particularly prominent in poverty,and the task of anti poverty is arduous.China has been committed to reducing poverty.It has reduced more than 700 million poor people in more than 30 years and has made great achievements in reducing poverty.China’s poverty alleviation policy has been adjusted continuously with the promotion of poverty alleviation work,and after the four different stages of poverty alleviation and development in different ways,with the promulgation and implementation of the new poverty alleviation program and the idea of "accurate poverty alleviation",China’s poverty alleviation and development work has entered the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.The stage of poverty alleviation.On the basis of reading a lot of relevant literature,sorting out data and obtaining information from field investigation,this paper aims at the purpose of "accurately grasping the present situation and causes of poverty" and "optimizing the implementation path of precision poverty alleviation",and analyzes the poor situation and causes of poverty in Datong Hui Tu Autonomous County(the directory in Datong County),as well as the essence of Datong County.According to the four dimensions of the Smith model and the actual situation in the Datong County,we put forward the improvement of the constitution mechanism,the implementation of the policy of precision poverty alleviation,the innovation of the way of poverty alleviation,the promotion of the participatory poverty alleviation,the transformation of the subjective thought,the improvement of the independent poverty reduction ability,the development of the characteristic industry,and the promotion of the four aspects of the poverty alleviation of the industry.Precision poverty alleviation implementation optimization path proposal.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn: first,the implementation of precision poverty alleviation in Datong county needs to improve the system defects of poverty alleviation in ethnic areas and improve the effect of precision poverty alleviation.Secondly,the government needs to change ideas,change the traditional way of poverty alleviation,and emphasize participation in the implementation of precision poverty alleviation.In the third,the target group,the poor group,should change the subjective idea,understand the accurate poverty alleviation,actively participate in the precision poverty alleviation,improve the ability of independent poverty alleviation,and become the main bearer of the poverty alleviation.We should improve the mechanism of ecological compensation,increase investment in industrial development,utilize the unique resources of the region,develop the characteristics and help the industry achieve the goal of accurately eliminating poverty.
