NJ Bank as a sub-provincial city of commercial firms, in size, strength, regional economic base and credit lines and so has a certain advantage. However, as China's economy into the new normal state, the city's main business target business growth slowed down, and the city commercial banks in the real estate and other areas of the share is relatively small, so in recent years, the growth of city commercial banks face pressure. To this end, NJ Bank has increased the grass-roots client manager performance management efforts, and achieved certain results, but also derived from a series of problems. This article is in this context to start research.Based on literature review and theoretical review, the third chapter of this paper focuses on the current system and main practices of performance management of NJ bank's primary customer manager, and points out the trend of performance loss, salary and performance change. In order to solve the above problems, the fourth chapter puts forward the principles and ideas of optimizing the performance management, puts forward the construction of the strategy-based performance management plan, establishes the dynamic performance evaluation system,establishes the performance management communication mechanism based on Internet thinking, strengthens the multi-level performance management Personnel training, strengthening the performance management culture construction and other five aspects of the optimization program, and analysis of these optimization programs specific implementation of the path and conditions to protect.NJ bank is the development of state-owned enterprises from the city of commercial firms, the performance management of the problems in the state-owned banks, state-owned enterprises are more or less exist, so the study of the banking industry and similar enterprises have some reference significance.
