Under the background of the market changing and economic reformation,commercial banks are seeking to the innovation of banking business.Traditionally,bank managers are more turned to broadcast the core competitiveness through the innovation of the banking product. In academic research, it is mainly focused on the performance management system and the risk management system, but the employee management system is a blank. But the author in the actual work and through a large number of case studies found that many enterprises are the key to success lies in people, so how to improve the business bank and customer manager adhesion, to maximize the value of customer managers is a problem to be studied.This paper tries to combine commercial bank customer management system,customer manager turnover rate as the entry, to find the bottleneck restricting the development of commercial banks, improve the relationship between commercial banks and customer managers, to find a new breakthrough in the development of banking industry, driven by the transformation and upgrading of the whole industry.
